Privacy Policy
Your account, property records and documents deserve careful handling. This policy explains what information fareshussain.com processes, why it is needed, when it is shared and how you can exercise your privacy choices.

1. Who Operates This Website
fareshussain.com is operated by Fares Hussain, based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. References to “we”, “us” and “our” in this policy mean Fares Hussain in connection with the operation of this website.
This policy covers browsing the website, creating an account, using property tools, managing a portfolio, uploading documents and submitting enquiries. A separate property transaction or third-party service may involve additional privacy notices.
2. Information We Collect
- Account information: your name, email address, mobile number, account identifier and communication preferences. Authentication is handled through our sign-in provider.
- Property-tool information: investment budgets, objectives, preferences, calculation inputs and results you choose to save through available account features. Some calculations and temporary entries are processed in your browser.
- Portfolio information: project names, unit numbers, property types, bedrooms, purchase prices and other property details you provide.
- Payment records: instalment names, amounts or percentages, due dates, paid or unpaid status, payment dates and related notes. Recording this information does not give us access to your bank account.
- Optional documents: files you upload, such as sale and purchase agreements or title deeds, together with filenames, file sizes and related storage information.
- Enquiries and correspondence: consultation requests, project-interest submissions, property-selling requests and messages you send us.
- Technical information: information needed to deliver, maintain and protect the service, which may include IP addresses, browser details, access times and error or security logs.
Please provide only information relevant to the feature you are using. Do not enter passwords, card security codes or unrelated sensitive information into notes, enquiry forms or uploaded files.
3. How and Why We Use Information
We use information to:
- Create, authenticate and maintain your account.
- Provide property tools and restore information you choose to save.
- Organise your properties, display payment schedules and calculate summaries from your recorded information.
- Store and retrieve documents you choose to upload.
- Send account communications and payment reminders.
- Respond to consultation and property-selling requests.
- Troubleshoot problems, prevent misuse, protect the service and meet applicable legal obligations.
- Send optional property updates where you have chosen to receive them.
Where applicable, processing is based on providing the services you request, taking steps at your request, your consent for optional activities or compliance with legal obligations. Other grounds are used only where permitted by applicable law.
Creating an account does not by itself constitute consent to unrelated marketing.
4. Your Portfolio Is Not a Public Listing
Adding a property to your portfolio does not publish it as an advertisement or make it available for other visitors to browse. It also does not automatically submit a request to sell the property.
The portfolio is designed for account-based access, with controls intended to separate users' records. Authorised administrative access and service-provider processing may still be necessary to operate, maintain, secure or support the service.
The amounts, payment statuses and dates in your portfolio are supplied by you. The website does not independently confirm that a payment has reached a developer or another recipient.
5. Documents You Choose to Upload
Uploading documents is optional. You can organise properties and payment schedules without uploading a sale agreement or title deed.
Upload only documents you are entitled to store. Where practical, remove unnecessary information about other people. Keep your own copies of important files.
The document feature uses authenticated access and temporary viewing links rather than a public document directory. Anyone you share a working viewing link or downloaded file with may be able to access it.
You can remove uploaded documents using the available document controls. For questions about related records, retained copies or account deletion, contact us using the details below.
6. Consultation and Property-Selling Requests
When you request a consultation or register interest in a project, your contact details and enquiry information are submitted so Fares Hussain can respond.
When you submit a selling request from your portfolio, the request includes your contact information, details of the selected property, its recorded payment schedule and its paid and outstanding totals.
Uploaded property documents are not automatically attached to the selling request by the current website feature.
Requests are processed through form and email providers and delivered to the mailbox used to handle enquiries. If further sharing with a transaction participant is needed, the purpose and relevant recipient should be explained as part of that service and handled on an appropriate legal basis.
7. Payment Reminders and Other Emails
Service emails may include account messages, responses to enquiries and reminders about eligible unpaid instalments recorded in your portfolio.
A payment reminder may include your name, project, unit number, payment description, amount and due date. The reminder service is designed to send a reminder approximately one week before an eligible payment is due.
Delivery depends on the information recorded and the operation of the email service. You remain responsible for checking payment deadlines and keeping your records and email address accurate.
Reminder-processing records may include sending status, timestamps, delivery-provider identifiers and email content needed to operate the service, investigate failures and reduce duplicate sends.
Optional marketing updates are separate from service communications. Contact us to withdraw your marketing preference or request assistance with reminder preferences. Stopping marketing does not automatically stop essential account communications.
8. Service Providers and Information Sharing
We use technology providers to operate website features. Depending on the service you use, these include:
- Cloudflare: website delivery and supporting network services.
- Supabase: account authentication, saved database records and uploaded document storage.
- Resend: delivery of website emails, including payment reminders.
- Web3Forms: processing and forwarding website forms, including consultation and property-selling requests.
- Email and supporting technology providers: handling correspondence and delivering resources needed for relevant website features.
These providers process information needed for their role. Their own privacy notices also describe their handling of service and technical data.
We do not sell your personal information. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or lawfully necessary to address fraud, protect rights, obtain professional advice or resolve disputes.
9. Browser Storage and External Resources
The website uses browser storage for features such as maintaining a signed-in session and keeping temporary tool entries. Clearing or blocking this storage may sign you out or remove locally stored information.
Some resources, including fonts and software libraries, are loaded from external services such as Google Fonts and jsDelivr. Loading these resources involves requests to their servers and may disclose technical information such as your IP address.
Hosting and security services may use technologies needed to deliver and protect the website. If optional analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, the relevant notice and consent controls must reflect their actual use and applicable requirements.
External websites and communication services have their own privacy practices. Review their notices before submitting information to them.
10. Security and International Processing
The published website uses HTTPS connections. Account-based access controls and authenticated document features are used to help restrict access to saved information.
No internet service can guarantee complete security or uninterrupted availability. Protect your sign-in details, use a strong unique password and sign out when using a shared device. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Our technology providers operate internationally. Information may be stored or processed outside the United Arab Emirates, depending on the provider and service configuration. We do not represent that all data remains within the UAE.
International processing is subject to applicable data-protection requirements, including safeguards where required.
11. Retention and Deletion
Account and portfolio records are retained while needed to provide your account services. Enquiries, correspondence and operational records are retained as reasonably necessary for their purpose, support, security, legal obligations or dispute handling.
Retention depends on the information's type and sensitivity, why it was collected, whether the account or request remains active and any applicable record-keeping requirements.
Available portfolio controls allow you to edit or delete records and documents. Contact us to request deletion of your account or a wider review of the personal information held about you.
Deleting a portfolio entry does not recall an email already sent or automatically remove every related operational record or backup. Such copies may remain until relevant retention or backup cycles expire, or where retention is legally necessary.
12. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on applicable law and its conditions or exceptions, you may request:
- Information about how your personal data is processed.
- Access to or a copy of your personal information.
- Correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion of personal information or your account.
- Restriction of, or an objection to, certain processing.
- Withdrawal of consent for processing based on consent.
- Transfer of information in an appropriate format where the applicable right permits it.
Send requests from your registered email address where possible. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity before releasing or changing account information.
Requests are handled within applicable legal requirements. Where an exception prevents us from fulfilling a request, we will explain the relevant reason where permitted.
Withdrawing consent does not undo processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal. You may also raise a concern with the competent data-protection authority where applicable.
13. Children and Changes to This Policy
These property services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the website, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
We may update this policy when features or data practices change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be brought to users' attention where required, and fresh consent will be requested where legally necessary.
14. Privacy Questions and Requests
For privacy questions, corrections, account-deletion requests or concerns about your information, contact Fares Hussain:
Please use “Privacy Request” in the subject and briefly explain what you need. Do not send your password or unnecessary identity documents.
